If you receive an incorrect, damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs where appropriate. We will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution, including replacement, repair or refund where applicable.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened e-liquids, disposable vape devices, pods and certain consumable products cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method after returned goods have been inspected.
